Welcome to ftn111 (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). ftn111 is an internationally licensed online sports betting and live casino platform operated for the benefit of players including those based in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required of all Users prior to the processing of withdrawal requests.

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of online gambling services is legally prohibited under applicable national or local laws.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on ftn111, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. ftn111 strictly enforces a minimum age policy of 21+ for all real-money gambling activities. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds returned where legally permissible.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: Each individual may register only one Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.

• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information at all times.

To access real-money services on ftn111, you must complete the registration process by providing the required personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. ftn111 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for verification purposes.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, ftn111 requires all Users to complete a mandatory KYC verification process. Accepted documentation includes, but is not limited to: a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), passport, or driver's licence; proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months); and where required, a selfie holding the relevant identity document. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. ftn111 will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to protect your username and password. • Do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password for your ftn111 Account that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for enhanced Account security.
• Log out of your Account when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.

ftn111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Malaysian-friendly payment methods, including but not limited to: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately or within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) within the Platform's cashier section. ftn111 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by ftn111 typically within 15 minutes during business hours for verified Accounts. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals will be returned via the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. ftn111 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal.

• Funds deposited into your Account may only be used for gambling activities on the Platform.
• ftn111 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Where bonus funds are present in your Account, applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• ftn111 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

All bets and game stakes placed on ftn111 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you acknowledge and accept the rules governing that activity as published on the Platform.

Sports Betting: Bets on sports events including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and international football are governed by ftn111's Sports Betting Rules. All bets are subject to confirmation and ftn111 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error, manifest pricing error, or in contravention of these Terms.

Live Dealer Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. Game rules applicable to each live table variant are displayed within the game interface. All game outcomes are governed by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) where applicable and by physical game elements (cards, dice, wheels) for live dealer products.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or altered once confirmed through the Platform's betting interface.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, the decision of ftn111's sports or casino adjudication team shall be final and binding.
• ftn111 reserves the right to suspend betting markets or individual game instances at any time in response to technical issues, rule violations, or suspicious activity.

ftn111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside the relevant promotion. These Terms & Conditions set out the general framework applicable to all bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Account holders in good standing. ftn111 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated as wagering-free. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus has outstanding wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: ftn111 employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, arbitrage activity, and collusion. Any Account found to be engaged in systematic abuse of promotions will be subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of bonus balances.
• Birthday and Loyalty Bonuses: Tier-based rewards including birthday bonuses (up to MYR 2,688 for VIP members) and referral bonuses (MYR 38 per successful referral) are subject to separate eligibility criteria published in the Loyalty Programme terms.
• Migration Bonuses: Players participating in the brand migration programme (up to MYR 588) must satisfy tier verification requirements as communicated by ftn111's migration support team. Migration bonus terms are confirmed at the time of migration.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the ftn111 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Operating or attempting to operate multiple Accounts, whether in your own name or through aliases, proxies, or third parties.
• Using the Platform while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using technical means to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity designed to conceal the origin or destination of funds transacted through your Account.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, technical glitches, or pricing errors to generate systematic gains — including but not limited to "arbing" on mispriced markets.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without ftn111's explicit written authorisation.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live dealer or poker environments.
• Engaging in chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or any attempt to reverse a legitimate transaction processed by ftn111.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any ftn111 staff member, customer support agent, or other player.

All content on the ftn111 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, video streams, odds data, game interfaces, and the ftn111 brand name — is owned by or licensed to ftn111 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not grant you any right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content; scrape, index, or harvest odds data or game data by automated means; or use the ftn111 brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of ftn111's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ftn111 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

ftn111 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and circumstances beyond ftn111's reasonable control may affect Platform availability. ftn111 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as promptly as possible following any outage.

ftn111's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ftn111 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should remain an entertaining leisure activity and not become a source of financial or emotional harm. All Users are encouraged to engage with the responsible gambling tools available on the Platform.

Available tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods (ranging from 24 hours to six weeks), and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible via your Account settings at any time. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period.

ftn111 enforces a strict minimum age policy of 21 years of age for all real-money activities on the Platform. Mandatory KYC verification is required before withdrawals are processed to ensure compliance with this requirement.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or Account compromise.
• A request by regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Prolonged Account inactivity, subject to applicable inactive account policies.

Upon termination of your Account, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be refunded to you via your last verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification or investigation. ftn111 will not be liable for any losses arising from the suspension or termination of an Account where such action was taken in good faith in accordance with this Agreement.

ftn111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to this Agreement, ftn111 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via the Platform's notification system or email to the address registered on your Account.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page under "Last updated." It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction applicable to ftn111's international operating licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or its breach, termination, or validity, that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable dispute resolution body designated by ftn111's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ftn111 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect ftn111's rights or prevent irreparable harm.

Malaysian players acknowledge that no Malaysian domestic regulatory body supervises or regulates ftn111's operations, and that any recourse is limited to the mechanisms available under ftn111's international licensing framework.
